Personally, I think prince boateng has that. His base stats are 77 and above and he is a CAM. That is amazing. On futwiz, his worst stats were balance-59, marking-60, and penalties-66, the rest of his stats were above 70 (except for gk stats obviously). He seems way better than 80 pace and seems way better than 82 shot.

this guy is insanely fast and a great shooter and he is a rb but i would play him at cm, cam, rm, rwb and even rw.

If you have the coins, there are some great tots players who have like 76, 77, 78, and 79 (bale, fellaini) then they would be incredebly overpowered as well
