IT will be on Gaikia if the publisher wants it to, it wont have every game. BTW its been confirmed gta 5 will come out on all next gen consoles spring of 2014... BTW xbox will have games on demand which is basically the older version of gaikia. BTW gaikia wont be avaliable from launch. and only select few games will be on there.

Xbox one will play 360 games since they dropped their DRM. so it will play on it either way. probably send out a graphics update or something for it if they don't remake it into a xbox one disc

DRM is for registration not backwards compatibility. Im an xbox fan but it will not have that feature, but it will have xbl games on demand

Lol. What that means is that you can share, trade, lend, or resell games on the Xbox One just like you can with Xbox 360 discs. It does not mean the Xbox 360 games will work on Xbox One.
