i am good at shooting and attacking but i lack in defense anyone know how i can improve in defending in NBA 2K13??

to be more better hold LT (if your playing the xbox) on the person that has the ball that you have to be covering it at times makes it hard for them to drive in and at times you smack the ball when he trys to shoot let me know if it worked
