Hello TTG idk why i cant buy a item online i have added a debit card to my paypal but it says> Your account is limited. Please check your Account Overview page for messages about resolving this problem.
Any tip how to solve this Thanks .

maybe you dont have enough money or your not allowed to spend over a certain amount

There is a way to solve this. Go to the site, then where it says "Your account access is limited. Learn how to remove this limitation" click that and do the thing it asks like Confirm your Credit Card, SSN, etc.

I'm pretty sure you have to have a account for at least 72 hours or something like that before you can purchase something. Trust me I've done the same thing you did.
