Unplug the front panel connectors, consult your motherboard manual to find which pins are for the power button, and try briefly shorting them with a metal object to simulate a power button press. All the fans should spin up. If not, check your power cable connections.
Also, we can't see images linked from your Gmail account.

I actually just tried that, nothing happened, at all.
Ill fix the images in a second.

Btw, my RAM is installed, even if it wasn't, it should still turn on? Whereas currently nothing at all is happening.

Make sure the back switch is turned on as well sometimes that is easy to miss.
Make sure everything is connected properly and if no luck still contact your motherboard manufacturer
