I shift clicked restore iphone and chose the 6.1.3 Iphone 4 GSM Rev A file and it restored to factory settings then when i try shift clicking check for update i see the file for the ios 7 i downloaded for iphone 4 but doesnt work it gives an error message

What is the problem your having?: Wifi signal drops out alot and usually doesnt stay connected for more than 2 minutes, i have tried restoring and resetting network settings.
