Here's what I did, instead of doing it fast, do the a,up,up,b,b,b part slowly, then do the a,a,b,a part fast. Remember, don't do it too slowly, but take your time.
-Also, remember, you need to be hovering over "Barracks" while doing it.

It's annoying me as well, it only comes up with my emblems and not the person I want to copy.
Everybody else says it's really easy, but I say otherwise.

u need to keep try n it if it doesn't work go to another friends emblems and try theirs ?? xD

Lol it was too easy for me because i always did cheats in GTA.
