I'm going to fix the list, and remove anything that's unnecessary where they're both the same, there is an equivalent, or not enough information has been revealed.

Better CPU: Neither (Thought to be PS4, but not noticeably so it doesn't matter)
Better Motion Controls: XB1 (Nobody cares about this, notice how the PS Eye isn't included)
Most Users: Neither (Not Xbox anymore, pretty equal)
TV Support: XB1 (Nice feature, irrelevant for most)
Better Capture: PS4
Better Controller: XB1 (Comfort/Layout) PS4 (Technical)
Better Achievements/Trophy System: XB1 (I agree with this, only intelligent thing you said)
Better RAM: PS4
Better Graphics: PS4
Better Chat: Neither (Party chat will likely be replaced by Skype, you can't predict based on the old generation either so this is irrelevant)
Better Server: Neither
YouTube and more apps for free: Neither (All are supported so I don't know where you get your information from, old generation is irrelevant.
Frame Rate: Neither (They'll both be the same dippy, locked at 60 fps in most games with the graphics varying to accommodate)
Indie Game support: PS4 (Debatable now, but they're still more favorable, Microsoft have a terrible history with Indie games, their Indie sections are just junkyards)
Hard Drive: PS4 (Removable, both are 500 GB)
Better Headset Service: PS4 (Xbox One headset sold separately, but is superior)

You obviously don't do too much research. Users most on Xbox like always, Better chat would go to Xb1 having Skype power it, Better server goes to Xb1 for buying the 300,000 servers+ which Ps4 didn't so they will lack badly. Ram also goes to Xb1 having all the Ram allocated to certain things like dedicated certain amounts for Skype/games/everything where Ps4 doesn't so they lack badly as well in that. Hard Drive goes to Xb1 for having unlimited cloud storage which Ps4 doesn't. If you are going to compare the 2 consoles Xbox One has more advantages but its not worth comparing they are different and it depends what you like. Thankyou
