So I was reading the description of the GTA Online trailer and it said

Access to Grand Theft Auto Online is free with every retail copy of Grand Theft Auto V


So this suggests that an online pass system will be implemented to stop piracy. However it also suggests that an online pass will come with every copy attained legally.

I doubt it, online passes have been removed recently by EA and I doubt Rockstar will start making them.

I think I remember seeing something saying that there will be a small download it activate online

GTA Online is a thing that they're trying to implement that isn't really... anything.

Alright, I'm going to have a hard time explaining this.

Rockstar is trying to make GTA 5's Multiplayer mode available in different GTAs I think.

As in, GTA Online is almost like an MMO sort of expansion to GTA 5. I think every year a GTA comes out, you'll get a code to be able to unlock that GTA's online mode?

Does that make sense?

I doubt it would happen. And i really hope it doesnt.
