Confirmed Persistent Perks
Quick Revive: - Revive faster
Juggernog: - 4 hits to down >(Read bottom for more info)<
Halfway Refund / Cash Back: - Get 1000 points when buying perks
PhD Flopper: - Whenever you would take damage from dolphing diving, a explosion around you will happen, and any damage from falling is negated; Don't take explosive damage.
Tombstone: - Keep all your perks when revived. >(Read bottom for more info)<
Deadshot Daiquiri: - Extra headshot damage; Zombies's heads explodes on kill; Collaterals seems to "spread"
Money Shot: - Take extra points for sniping.
Double Points Pistols: - Pistols will give you double points
Metal Barriers: - Zombies take longer to take out barriers.
Red Insta-Kill: - Touch a zombie and it is dead >(Read bottom for more info)<
Metal Carpenter: - Carpenter repairs w metal barriers >(Read bottom for more info)<

Juggernog - You can actually have it after round 14, just make sure that every round you get enough damaged (by zombies), get hit about 6-10 times each round and you should be fine. I still don't know if maintain it the next game after passing round 14 a game before (most likely no).
Tombstone - You will always lose one perk, Quick Revive if you have it or the last perk you bought. When playing alone you won't ever lose any perk (if you get revived by QR). Sometimes I need to get 5 perks in one round to get the effect, I don't know why.
Red Insta-Kill - This persistent upgrade seems a little buggy to get while playing Solo.
Metal Carpenter - I've heard that you can't have Metal Carpenter and Metal Barrier at the same time. (You lose the one you had before)
