how do you put new backgrounds on a jailbroken ipod?

Well it's been awhile, but I think you have to download winterboard from cydia,
Then you find a theme you want.
Download that
open winterboard, select the theme you want
then choose what you want i.e. Transparent dock etc.

I think that's right

Yeah.

1. Jailbreak
2. Get Cydia
3. Download Winterboard
4. Rather click User Background and choose a image off you ipod.
5. Or you can download Rock and then download a theme and use it in winterboard.
