Still works. I used the method Xbox360-Iso-Mods posted on page 17. Worked first try. Only lasted about 15 seconds though.

Can we have confirmation this is actively working on the PS3? I've read the entire thread, attempted all the methods outlined and I'm still being sent to the "Downloading" screen.

I understand that XBOX users appear to have a greater success rate, but I'm hoping that someone who is actively using this on the PS3 can explain their process to help the community out. I've tried everyones mission that are available and it appears that they all are going straight to the downloading sequence.

I've tried:

- Push the X button three times quickly and slowly
- When the stars are flashing and radar is grey (cops searching for me)
- When I have two, three, four and five stars.
- Restarting router
- Waiting for a job to pop up and then switching to MP
- Trying to use anyone that I can request a job from
- My personal vehicle and a random vehicle

I read the small part about internet speeds, well, I'm running on the following with my WiFi laptop:

Hoping for a bit of help as I would love to catch up to my buddies in level as quickly as possible. I've got it to successfully clear the stars and receive money for the mission once, then after it was stuck on the mission details and eventually loaded the Lester part and went straight back into the downloading screen.

I tried it this morning and it seems to be working perfectly for me. All i can suggest is that once your michael/trevor online, make sure you get into a vehicle before you do anything else, then request a job if there isn't one already there, then get the cops on you. stay if the vehicle while doing it unless your quickly getting a helicopter/jet etc and if you do this, don't kill any cops while on foot as this seems to stop the glitch from working. Let me know if you get it working mate

How do you get 5* cops without guns or explosives? I kept running cops over and it wouldn't go higher than 3*

Thanks for taking the time to respond, I greatly appreciate it. Could you share your internet speeds as it appears this may be a major factor in how consistent you can get this glitch to work.

This is what I'm doing, step by step. Let me know if I missed something.

01. Load up GTA
02. Load up Single Player
03. Finding a new session online and loading my online character
04. Performing the SP to MP glitch to spawn as Micheal
05. Calling my Mechanic to have him deliver my Dune Buggy
06. Calling Martin and requesting a job
07. Begin throwing grenades and building up my stars
08. Once I receive 3-4 stars, I enter the subway tunnel
09. Now I have 3-4 flashing star and a grey radar with the cops searching for me
10. Bring up my phone menu with my job list
11. Select the mission from Martin and push X(one thousand), X(one thousand), X(one thousand)
12. Unfortunately, 10/10 loads the mission screen
13. If after 20-30 times it does not work, I reset my router and start all over again

If I missed anything, I'm more than happy to exhaust any other methods to confirm they work with my current situation.

One thing to note -- I was able to get it to work once yesterday after trying about 30x and it just happened to be the one time I was spawn in the middle of 10-20 police officers and died extremely fast. I'm wondering if the quantity of cops in the area make a difference on your results.
