I get my Xbox One today there's no room on my unit for it so could I put my Xbox One under my 32inch Panasonic TV?

I wouldn't set a TV on an Xbox One if that's what you're asking, What if it shifts a little then you have a busted TV. Bad idea, just sit it to the side of it if you can.

There is no room to place it, my unit will not get knocked as it's quite big and my tv and xbox will be at the back near the wall so it won't get knocked? I mean will my xbox get damaged if I place my tv on top of it?

Depends, I doubt it as it does have a steel casing inside of it, but if you don't mind cosmetic damage then carefully try it. Best of luck to ya.

Hey man there is vents on top of the xbox so I don't think it would be good for it to cover them!!!
