I've tried everything I can think of. I unplugged my ethernet cable, Delete Cache, Deleted title update and beach bum DLC restarted my xbox and still the mods are there. I also unlinked my account from socialclub. Is there anything else I can try? Does anyone have the original tuneables file?

Please don't comment saying this is what you get for modding and shit like that. I don't regret it, I'm just trying to get rid of it now. Thanks.

Remove your IPv4 from your hosts file. Clear system cache and replace Tunables with a clean one. That worked for me.
