It is not possible to have this work for others in your lobby. Share your money with them by robbing a store and holding Select -> Inventory -> Cash -> Share cash from last job.

Go, on your Xbox, to System Storage and clear your memory's cache. Try again and let me know of your results. Also, go to prod.cloud.rockstargames.com in your Internet Explorer on your Xbox. If you get the same "Success!" page, you're good to go.

When attempting to save it after opening with Notepad, click "All File Types" where it says "Text Document (.txt)"
Save it without an extension by double clicking on the current hosts file and confirming the overwrite.

Simply make one. You don't need anything but the line I've provided in there anyway; everything else is commented out -- so it's the equivalent.
