Doctors have successfully reattached a man's severed hand after it was attached to his ankle for a month.
On November 10, Xiao Wei's right hand was severed due to an accident at work.
He said: 'I was just shocked and frozen at the spot, until co-workers unplugged the machine and retrieved my hand and took me to the hospital.'

Read about this two days ago!! This was insane, had his hand on his leg for over a month while they were fixing his arm since it was reportedly flattened!

Lucky guy indeed!

Well that's shocking, who knows he may have just found a way to preserve severed body parts, which would be "revolutionary".

I wonder if he ever tried to tickle himself.
Pretty crazy story, I didn't even know this was possible.
I'd heard about keeping it in ice to preserve the nerve endings, but never attaching it to the body in a different place.

I don't think he could actually move the hand.

I do not know any reason why someone would want to do this. I bet people will stare at him weird in public.
