Thanks for the fast response. So it won't work on the iPad 4 at all, then? It's only semi-working on the newest devices?

It will Semi Work on the iPad 4. it does NOT work on A7 Devices . (sorry for my bad Phrasing earlier)

Oh thanks. I'm currently restoring my iPad 4,7.0.4 on iTunes because I originally updated OTA so my apps are all resyncing. I'll let you know how it goes.

My iPhone 5 was stuck at the apple logo after jailbreaking. I am currently restoring and updating to 7.0.4 via itunes. Will this fix the issue?

Yoo i got the same problem, tweaks not working when turned my ipad on and off..
I already downloaded mobile substrate but how to respring backwards?

well some tweaks aren't updated , and Mobile Substrate doesn't always work since its not updated either.
