Getting a message appear since the 1.06 update saying files can't sync

Tried everything I could think of changing network settings
Deleted entire game reinstall
Reset router

Nothing worked can someone please help message me please

Cheers tried all that and nothing has worked my theory is that my character has been corrupted during a update so shouldn't they be able to just do a recovery on my account

Any other solutions wil be helpful also
