You should get Red Dead. I own both of these games and I just sold Medal of Honor because it sucked so bad. The single player is slow and only decent the first time you play through it and the multiplayer is spawn kill and snipers are horrible.

Red Dead on the other hand has multiplayer where you can do almost anything (gets kinda boring after about 5 months) and the single player is 10 times better than the multiplayer... you really never get bored of single player with so much stuff to do!
