Could someone please tell me where you can get cool runner and nand-x from?

Also do they come already with the wires or do they have to purchased separately?

I think the nand-x is discontinued

NAND-X is not discontinued, the R-Jtag was discontinued. If you're in the U.S. you could go to modchipcentral, I think they're one of the main providers of TX products and they ship pretty fast

The Nand-X is discontinued Xconsoles even said it, "Once these are gone, they are gone forever" on their website.
