I have tried many many different tools. they all connect to my RGH (notification will pop up w/e) but none of the mods will work in game at all. Does anyone have any ideas?

Sounds like it's the tool. Make sure your Jtag in Xbox Live Neighborhood is set as the default console. Also make sure all your plugins are set correctly. If that does not work it's the tool.

Make sure that you are using the correct title update for the game your modding.

will do. ive found a couple posts on s7 with people that had the same problem and no one figured it out. I have a couple friends of mine that have it working helping me and they are baffled.
