"it can not get rrod" and how is that? Of course it can get rrod. "asking 200" 200 what? GBP, USD, AUD? Whatever currency it is, you wont get 200 for it anyway. You also have no proof anyway.

Be EXTREMELY careful dealing with this user people, smells like a scam to me.

Just because you have a console doesn't mean you will actually send it. Also there is no way to immunise a console against RROD.
