Call Lester and request a job until you get the mission called "Docks to Stocks II"
1.Acquire a Cargo bob
2.Lose the Cops.
3.Go to the compound and kill everyone
4.Get a dock handler
5.Collect the Container
6.Drop the container
7.Repeat Steps 5-6 until you don't want anymore RP
