Yes there are these easy steps:
1. Park wherever you want the car to spawn when you get it into online
2. Quick save your game when in the car
3. Go into online and drive to wherever you left your car I single player
4. Then set you spawn location to last location
5. Then go back to single player
6. When single player loads up go back to online( what this does is save your last location on online)
7. When back in online go to the xbox/psn store and click it
8. On the 3rd 'boom' sound press the xbox button on your controller and sign out
9. It should start loading the prologue
10. When on the prologue wait until the women is thrown on the floor and press the pause button
11. Next sign back into your account
12. After that go to 'game' and load up your save that you did at the beggining
13. When it loads up you should be in your car on single player
14. Then from there simply load up a PUBLIC online session
15. Then your car should spawn right infront of you
