You should really give details on what you want the plugin to do.
Some people can help with basic plugins and easy features.. If you want something more complex, we would need to know to be able to assist you further.

i wasn't necessarily requesting a plugin on here but more so someone to make plugins for me basically I'm looking to hire a developer to work for me to make plugins for my servers

That was my point. You need to have a vague idea of what you want your plugin(s) to do.

People may be able to code one plugin for you but not a different one...
I can code a few basic plugins but wouldn't expect to achieve anything more complex like the minigames you see across servers like the Overcast network any time soon.

i need a few bug fixing plugins for Voltz & Attack of the B-Team

for voltz (anyone who has played before knows this)
the duplication glitch wth all mekanism machines, basically you have to change the way the machine works by changing it to where it doesnt keep items inside when broken.

Attack ofthe B-Team i need some form of check added for the Titan's tool such as not being able to use the drill in someones claimed land and such. this causes grief and i have to have them banned
