could someone make a build using this case (CiT Neptune Gaming Case 12CM Blue LED Fan Side Window Blue Screwless Bays) i would like it being under 500.

i honestly dont know anything about pc's i need help.

high fps and as i would be using it for gaming to post on youtube so i need good graphics and stuff

I'll build you one but first give me your currency also I'd suggest avoiding cases like the one you suggested they are cheap and ugly in my opinion.
