Eto'o is in question but there are other players as well. They took my old case ID and combined the 2 into 1 case.
They refused to help me first time, that was during TOTY when I lost a TOTY Xavi.

Consider that we are nothing but a grain of sand on the beaches of the universe and suddenly you can make anything seem inconsequential.

And they are a company with millions of whiney little kids who lost a card. they have to go through each case to assess the validity.
