I got out of my car before it said it was destroyed and now I can walk around under water.

Me and my friend have had this glitch happen to us, we went and found the secret hatch and secret UFO underwater! It is just because the host has bad connection and it is really laggy.

Happens sometimes when you get out of a car thats about to go underwater. It happens to me a lot

i remember this, the glitch has been around since 1.02 lol. Was so much fun exploring and ultimately die trying to jump off the edge of the map.

GTA V has designated hosts... There is no player in the game that is host.
