You should look at your case airflow in that situation then. Even if you leave it, they are rated for 100c anyway, so you're fine.

Oh well, I didn't spend much on one anyways. Just a $15 cooler master cooler and $20 on a noctua fan. Now my temps rarely hit the low 70's.

Performance should be identical other than slightly faster speeds on the SSD and a slightly lower base clock on the CPU.
