Fund my way through a few degrees, start up my own business (dealing with something I've programmed), take about $200k and invest it or put it in a CD, and what little left I think I'd help the homeless.

Probably spend a little, pimp my gaming set up with a nice desktop, tri monitor, etc. Give 10k to mom, dad, sister, then put the rest up in savings to get some interest on it.
