Anyone have any solutions for this? I'm trying to go for 100% game completion and the only thing stopping me is this mission. I'm at 99.5% and the mission won't pop up.

I've slept a month in the game and still no call from her, tried calling her, saved in a new slot, deleted and reinstalled DLC and title updates, waited in game for a day, switched throughout characters, went online and back to single player, and did other past time hobbies and still nothing.

Any help or possible solutions would be greatly appreciated.
