I jailbroke my phone and downloaded some stuff nothing happend then now when i click it doesnt let me it outlines the app or what ever im doing in black and i have to double click to open it ill post pics if ya'll dont know how to fix this

Please post some pictures as I do not really know how to help without seeing what the problem actually is. It sounds like you downloaded something that put your device into safe mode which is why the apps are not working like they are supposed to, but I could be wrong!

I suggest just going back and deleting what ever you downloaded one by one until it gets fixed, more than likely the issue is being cause by a tweak.
