Okay, so your link won't work for me. I'm assuming you're US and don't need any peripherals or OS. For $550, you could get this;
[ Register or Signin to view external links. ]
High end GPU. The price difference between the 290 and a 280x is minimal so it's definitey worth going $20 over budget for. You'll want to add another 4GB RAM when you have a little more money, then add an SSD and upgrade piece by piece over time. That GPU will be good for quite some time and the PSU is a great quality unit.

TaigaIsLife wrote Thanks man but will that dual-core handle multi taskingIt will be fine temporarily, for editing, you will want an upgrade soon, but right now, Intel is your best option and for the price, that Pentium is a beast. For gaming, this build will be pretty much flawless. For editing and multi-tasking, you're going to want at least another 4GB RAM, i7 would be hugely beneficial, as would an SSD. Good thing about PC's though, they're upgradeable. You can easily add another 3x4GB sticks of RAM, swap the Pentium for a 4790k and whatever else you need.
