Just beware, unless it's an iPhone 4, if you restore it you're going to have to go to iOS 8 which is not jailbroken.


If you or another friend has a jailbroken iPhone you could find the safari files on that, transfer it to pc, then to your friends phone that is missing it. May or may not work.
