Why the FUXK do my players get out paced all the time

Just had a game where JOHN TERRY consistently outpaces AUBAMEYANG , RAMOS and REUS

starting to get beyond a joke, makes it a boring game to play

There is no escaping it, I still think that there is handicapping in the games.. Not scripting as such but one team is always at a disadvantage To the other... Sometimes the most ridiculous things happen to my players and I concede stupid goals other times Im playing awful yet every single through ball etc is inch perfect...
