Sure, Muslims do commit terrorist actions, but so do Christians, Jews, Islams, and plain crazy people.

How many? No one will ever know that number. But their were almost 10,000 terrorist attacks last year alone. With about 18,000 casualties from them. You can't sit here and tell me all 10,000 of those attacks were caused by Muslim extremist. Also, 9/11 didn't happen out of no where. Osama had his reasons. (US Embassies in their homeland)

Religions don't belong to specific countries. If a Muslim living in America decided to bomb an American target, they would be bombing their own country.
There has been little indication that this was related to a religion, only ethnic differences.
