I recently cleaned my Xbox 360, it's a jasper model. When I cleaned I just did a basic clean with compressed air. Before putting the Xbox back together I double checked and everything I seen was working fine. So I put it back together, started up a game, 5 minutes into the game it got 2 flashing red lights. I booted it back up and it said it was to prevent rrod.
