I have a RAT on my computer and i know it because my chrome browsers just close by itself and once he opened websites on my computer also he opened a "Chat" window and started talking to me.

100%? Wipe the drive and reinstall Windows. Otherwise download a antivirus suite and run that.

iIrritate wroteHis opinion makes it bad. There is nothing wrong with Windows 8. Many users don't really like it. I would suggest doing a full re-install of your OS. This will fix the issue 100%. Reinstall windows and format all drives. That is definitely a RAT

also you can download a program called malware bytes and run a hyper scan they used to get rid of all min pal

You should disconnect from the internet because the rat needs a connection to stay. Also you should install Malwarebytes and run a full scan. If the problem persistent
check your Appdata and Temp folder most rats make copies in those folders.
Open task manager up look for anything running that looks suspicious, sometimes the rat will change it's name to something that looks legit like (Microsoft Support, Google Chrome Updates, Adobe Flash Updates etc) Once you've located the rat end the task on it.
