okay so here's the thing I just need to make a 15 sec intro for YouTube and I cant find a good and free program to use to make one and most of them are scams or virus's and I need your guys' help to find a decent one so if you know of any please comment a link to download it with a description of the site please and thank you

Sony Vegas or Adobe After Affects.

I can't give any download links, as it is prohibited but you have the names of the programs so finding a link shouldn't be hard

OP if you just google for alternative programs to the ones I listed above you'll find what you're looking for.
