hi guys my xbox 360 used to have good download speed and now i have a ps4 the download speed is rubbish does any one know why this is and anyway on improving my download speed if so thanks

I would assume it is your internet I would do test your download speed, most likely the issue you are having.

Just go for the old, unplug for 30 seconds then plug in again.

Check if there's anything interfering with the connection,
like if you have a wireless headset or something.

You can always try going wired to see if that helps.

Also, maybe your PS4 is doing some backgrounds downloads?

Its the PS4, I have a 42 upload on XB1 and a 2 ping, on the PS4 I have a 28 and a 18 ping don't know why.
