People like me come here because we can't do it ourselves. He should be able to make a simple GTA v background with text. I could do that in paint but I don't have a working computer. I'm not trying to flame this thread but hes messed up both of my requests and they were practically the same. He has great work it just seems as if he's rushing mine or something. Sorry.
