The other day i requested a pc build for mainly rendering videos but i didnt have a budget i now have one im looking for a pc that can render 10min videos in roughly an hour im not sure what part i need for rendering but my budget is 300-350GBP might be able to go 400GBP if i need too no need for mouse, keyboard or a monitor i have those, will +REP for answers

The biggest factor(s) for rendering is gonna be RAM, SSD, and your CPU, if you don't care about gaming I wouldn't put too much money into the GPU.

Could you build me a pc? i would like to run and record minecraft without lag as well but mostly ill be recording videos on console

This would be a much better option, cpu can be upgraded easily at any time, the amd is on a dead socket and has no good upgrades available. Having a dedicated gpu can really spead up render times. This build would also be capable of maxing games at 1080p
