Okay so I am curious whether there is any way to get the ring of mara aside from purchasing it with real money. I want the experience bonus but do not want to since another $15 into the game. Can the item be traded? Can it be obtained through other means?

you can only get it by purchasing it from the crown store or the imperial edition
