I can't believe people are still recruiting for graphics teams to this day and age. If you are wanting to create a team with other designers you need to have a well thought out portfolio with work you have created to tell designers what type of work you are into and what they will be looking for to create.

Graphics teams are becoming very scarce as designers are going more solo as they get more credit for their work. I would advice to you that you just stick to solo designing, and possible form a team with another designer you meet, and not just to grab random people as they may try and manipulate their style to fit with your team.

That is just my advice on what to do, but do what suits
