I've played with 4-3-3(4), 4-3-1-2, 4-3-2-1 but none of them worked well for me so I switched to the one with 4-2-3-1 with the 3 CAMs and it's going pretty well for me, try different formations and find the one that suits your playstyle

3-5-2 it's all about passing and them 5 can help you out a lot
