They are real... I was in one last night. Unlimited lives on S&D. They exist, it's just complicated getting into one. As far as the risk is concerned, only time will tell. I'm guessing it'll be temporary bans or resets.
Usually for stuff like this its either perma ban or 1/2 week with full reset

False advertisements, my friend. They aren't ACTUALLY XP lobbies. They're boosting lobbies.
Lobby which gets you XP....... thats a XP lobby to me.
You are talking about a modification of certain game files to get free xp.

I'm thinking a lot of people think about XP lobbies as modded XP lobbies. If you say to your friends "I'm hosting an XP lobby" and they all come running just to see that you actually meant "boosting lobby", no doubt some of them will be disappointed.
