Honest we've done well to slowly chip lots of that away over the past few years at one point it was all over the place in every forum.

The whole modding thing is almost totally dead at this point its just a matter of waiting it out.

I can agree with you, I also want to make a point that if TTG did remove the modding aspect or section of this site the "awesome" members would not leave as someone has previously mentioned that in the past and I personally think it would be a great benefit to the site and nice change and direction for it. Way to many people on here think the site is based on just modding, I think it would be better to remove it altogether.

I cannot really say anything to this thread, as I'm still one of these kids.

Although I've aged, I still would come on here and go straight to the Modded Lobbies section. I can safely say I've not went anywhere else until recently.

I've always seen the community so welcoming and all that stuff. I don't regret signing up to TTG 4 nearly 5 years ago, but I wish I used TTG for everything else rather than the modded lobbies section.

Put simply, I agree with you also.

Without the gaming sections added or any modding sections just completely gone and never heard of TTG will definitely not be were it is now. Most members that came here many years ago was for modded lobbies/jtags/jailbreak all that good stuff. Without that TTG will just be a plain forum

We started to cut back on modding in maybe late 2011 we cut the modding forums from about 30 down to 1 in about 3 and a half years.

The issue is control we've been slowly choking it for awhile mainly to try and keep all the shit posts from people signing up into an area that won't flood the other forums. Now we have it down to one single forum its just a matter of waiting for that forum to slow down before we cut it.

The amount of people looking for modders hasn't been bad recently the new epidemic is people posting their YouTube videos every post. I don't come on here to watch videos I like to actually read what people say not listen to it

Every time I come on here and I look at the resent topics posted most of them are about modded lobbies or modded accounts. What I believe is that ttg is always going to be known for modding, but thats just me.

I must say most of us came here for the modded lobbies back in the day. But I do agree now these days it's just dead in my opinion and is mostly on the last gen console. Some people will never stop leeching and looking for lobbies. I know that is what pretty much put TTG on the map but now these days it's not about that at all. I see it more as a place where I get new gaming information, a place where I can get help with random questions and can come here to talk to users in the shoutbox. I'm sure it's just a matter of time before it finally fully dies because it's been dead for a few years now. The problem I see more now these days instead of people coming just for the modded lobbies is the new users sign up just to advertise their youtube channel and nothing else.

Anyways it's been great watching TTG grow over the years and I can't wait to see what the future holds.
