So basically what's happened is my parents say their getting my phone text messages over the past 2 months with orange and my dad says they're sending out a copy of all my texts over the past 2 months and some stuff on their I don't want him to see so I was wondering if orange can legally send out my text messages to my dad, even if he pays the bills?

Yeah its legal if you're on their account. If your dad asked the carrier for your messages they have to give them to him.

He would just have to go to the carrier and they'll print out the messages for him. Also, I'm confused what you mean by "even if he pays the bills".
