As of right now, no. You'll have to buy Legacy edition in order to get MWR.

yes you can you have to buy the game with the free iw(people are saying you are buying mwrm and you get iw free)(mwr is the wii version which pretty sure no body plays anymore) also you dont even need iw to play it if you buy it off the xb store/psn store
