EDIT #2: While yes xbox has the worlds shittiest enforcement team, they don't ban for no reason, and it you happen to get hit without reason you may have been in a lobby, you may have been in some association without even knowing in a game with someone modding. Your old messages are stored, and are view-able by EFT.

No. No. No. If you shit talk someone online and then report them for shit talking you back then there is a clear problem. You don't even know the words spoken but you are assuming that I'm in the wrong. If someone sends you a message and tells you to get a life and you tell them to **** off you shouldn't get banned for that. It's not rocket science. Secondly, let's say the console is rated M for giggles. What does M stand for? MATURE. That doesn't mean F this, F that, F you, F him, it means have some damn respect and act like an adult.

So someone tells you to "go outside more" or something along those lines, you have a couple options. One way is simple saying F off, F you, etc. and get a communication ban, you can hit the block button on that person if they bother you that much, you can simple not even waste time and effort and just ignore them, OR, you can send a smart ass message back / send a G-rated F-you back. For example, a G-rated message might be "I'm glad you know more about me than I do, I work outside 10 hours a day 6 days a week" or something like that. A smart ass message might be "I'm glad I'm so good I could get you to message me telling me how good I am.

Also remember one of the most important things when talking to people. Take it from here Thumper!

I get what you are saying man but come on grow up if you can give but not take then don't open your mouth. It's so pathetic to go online bait someone into responding to you and then getting them banned for it. Talk about petty non sense.
